Chimirec has developped a process which transforms waste with high calorific value into combustible. This combustible will be used to produce energy in industrial kilns.
This process is intended for industries authorized to use waste for energy production. This preparation will work as a substitute to preserve fossil fuels and natural resources.
Steps for the process:
- Waste preparation: homogenization and verification of chemical composition and texture of the preparation, according to industry specifications on energy recovery.
- Sifting: We try to obtain a particle size which matches the specifications of the industrial user.
- Grinding : We crush the particles a second time to obtain a finer particle size, if necessary.
- Extraction of metal: This process involves in the extraction of the metallic elements which will be used for materials recovery.
